Browser form assistant
GuideLens is an autonomous form agent that works beside the form in your existing browser. It moves through fields for you, checks its work and asks only when your judgment is needed.
Made for real-life paperwork
Official applications, permits and supporting details.
Personal returns, declarations and recurring details.
Onboarding, compliance, expenses and admin.
Portals, personal statements, records and uploads.
Reuse accurate history without handing over control.
What GuideLens carries forward
Why GuideLens
From a visa application to a job application: reuse reviewed personal details without carrying the whole previous conversation into the new task.
✓ Included · ◐ Partial support; workflow differs · × Requires a custom workflow.
General assistants here include ChatGPT, Codex and WorkBuddy, including browser execution. The form-specific classifications are inferred from their published default workflows, not a claim that custom code, instructions or skills cannot reproduce them.
Codex handles broader browser and computer tasks. GuideLens combines a dedicated fact-review, field-filling and validation workflow.
Read labels, options and field state, then write answers to native web fields without guessing screenshot coordinates or moving the system mouse for each field.
Reusable facts have sources, review state and revisions, separate from chat. A new task can use relevant reviewed records without treating the previous conversation as its factual memory. Records currently remain browser-session scoped; this is not a promise of durable memory across restarts. Reusing reviewed records reduces inconsistent names, dates and history across applications. It does not guarantee error-free extraction or mapping; declarations and consent still need you.
Check retained values and validity before supported intermediate steps. Final submission, signatures and payment stay manual.
Codex also supports reading webpage structure. It is not exclusively screenshot-driven. No same-task token or speed benchmark is available; unsupported GuideLens controls require manual handling.
File-send confirmation is an implemented control, not a claim of local-only AI. Cloud reading sends original documents; planning may send relevant facts. Local PII protection is planned, and provider retention terms still apply.
How it works
Upload a useful document or previous form. GuideLens reads the relevant details and asks you to confirm them.
Fictional data and interface example; not a compatibility guarantee for every portal.
Data on this page must match the information as it is written in your passport.

Questions, answered
On the official government, university or application provider’s website. GuideLens works beside the official form in your browser—it does not replace or host the form.
No. GuideLens can fill confirmed details and flag issues, but you review every answer and submit the application yourself on the official website.
Selected files stay on your device until you confirm AI reading. Reading sends files to cloud providers. Details and document context are retained during the browser session; they are not guaranteed to survive closing the browser. AI planning may also send relevant details.
No. GuideLens is software assistance. It can explain wording and check consistency, but it does not make legal, tax, admissions or employment decisions for you.
GuideLens works beside browser-based forms, with focused support for visa, tax, company and university paperwork. Job applications are supported too, but are not the primary focus.
